SAA provides numerous events, programs and benefits designed to celebrate your last year at Tech. From an all campus graduation party to a one of a kind gift for members to Get Ready for the Real World seminars, the Student Alumni Association provides everything you need to celebrate and get ready for life after Tech. SAA also partners with the Alumni Association to provide GT Alumni car decals at graduation and to help roll and tie all of the faux diplomas/commemorative prints for the commencement ceremonies.

Did you know when you walk across stage at commencement you receive a commemorative Tech print provided by the Alumni Association? SAA partnered with the Alumni Association to provide each graduating senior the opportunity to vote on the photo and quote that goes on the commemorative print. Graduating this December? Watch for an email this Fall asking you to vote for your favorite photo and quote. Didn’t get the email? Bring your graduation cap and decorate your mortar board to make a statement at commencement! All graduating students are invited to attend the SAA Mortar Board Decorating Party on April 19. SAA will provide craft supplies, refreshments, and music. Register online.
My time as part of SAA's Ramblin' On committee was a phenomenal one. Mentor Jackets program is awesome. I not only have a wonderful mentor, but also ended up having a lifetime friend who can offer me advice and help whenever I need it. Being a part of the Student Alumni Association opened doors at Georgia Tech that I would never have dreamed of. During my time as a member of SAA, I was given the opportunity to coordinate a Dinner Jacket event with Tom Fanning, the CEO of Southern Company and a fellow Yellow Jacket.
